πŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘  The key to a               happy lifeπŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘πŸ”‘

So far, a lot of research and thinking has been done on how to achieve a happy state of mind forever. Almost every year there is a cover story on this subject by many international magazines like 'Time', 'The Economist', 'New Yorker'.

Happiness is a recurring theme. Various indicators are being considered in the world to measure the happiness of a person. According to French economists, Sikkim leads the Happiness Index.

According to another index, Sweden is the number one European country.

What exactly is happiness? Happiness is a positive, blissful state. The root of feeling good, being happy, being filled, being satisfied is hidden in this bliss. It is true that where there is no sorrow, there is happiness, but at the same time, both happiness and sorrow remain in our minds. There is no one who is completely happy or completely unhappy. A contented person pursues happiness quickly and endures it. Dissatisfied people, however, keep running after the mirage of imaginary happiness. Satisfaction limits action. People become 'contented'. Such was the criticism. They are treated as dissatisfied. But considering the reality, life and the future, it is better to take maximum 'enjoyment' of what we have got, to be satisfied with it. The main reason for not getting this satisfaction now is because of the comparisons we have made with others. This type of comparison is made with your relatives, neighbors, friends, colleagues or famous people. How to compare with strangers?
